About Courses​

Are the MTW Courses Certified?

For the full Microsoft-based training, it will be certification equivalent. After all full courses are successfully passed, you will receive a certificate of completion; not an official Microsoft certification.

Recommended will be a Window-based computer, a MacOS-based computer or an iPad. An Android-based device or an iPhone is not recommended.

If there are technical issues with playback of recorded courses, there will be support offered from the course provider. If any issues connecting to Live courses, there will be support provided prior to the Live course in session.

For any full course that was less than passing, there will be additional opportunities and assistance offered for the attempt for certificate of completion.

Unfortunately, no refunds or exchanges are provided to customers at this time. To avoid accidental checkouts, there will be a point of validation to agree to the course purchase.

What is Web Design?

Web design is the process of planning and arranging content on a website, to make accessible and shareable online. Web design can include code or no-code based web programming, page structure and can be built for consumer and business use.

MTW can design no-code based with using WordPress platform, and/or code base with combination of HTML, JavaScript and a Bootstrap platform.

We don’t perform “rush jobs”. Every site is curated to satisfaction, but will require time and project management.

If there are technical issues that hinders the functionality of the site, technical support will be offered through a ticket or incident request process. All websites are approved with check-in prior to website launch to the public.

Pricing will change due to industry conditions, and pricing on typical services rendered are not negotiable. We understand to views and opinions of web design pricing and will not contest the views of the customer. MTW pricing is fair and consistent.

What Tech Services do MTW offer?

MTW offers a range of support to Windows-based or MacOS-based computers, but you must be an existing customer for support offering. Our services are rendered remotely and not on-site. An incident ticket must be created in order for a service to be rendered.

If you are not a customer of a website design service or a student of complete course program, you would have to register to be a PC Tech support customer which will require approval of the program.

Technical support does not mean break-fix problem solution. Technical support is a level of understanding the issue and offering a solution  that could address the issue. Therefore, there is no “done right” but there was a found solution confirmed by the customer. 

In cases of a break-fix solution or a repair that requires a purchase to replace the device, we can recommend products and services outside of what MTW offers to equate to a guaranteed resolution.

What is MTW Return Policy?

There are no refunds or exchanges for services, and our products are a series of services offered to buy.

We do not sell any customer or consumer information to any party outside MTW. No customer information is shared outside of the services we use for consumer outreach and only for internal confidential company information. More details are found on the privacy policy web page.

We ask that you review our return policy and terms of agreement prior to purchasing services offered by MTW.

We offer customer feedback to assist with improving our products and services. There are specific course surveys and consistent product testing in order to achieve customer satisfaction.
